DAVE FOLEY plays JEFF, The Winners sleazy and opportunistic band manager. Foley was born and raised in Toronto where he attended alternative high schools. At a young age, he began writing stand-up comedy for creative writing projects. His interest in improve led him to comedy workshops, where he met and teamed with Kevin McDonald. They became “The Kids in the Hall” one year later and the rest is history! Some of the many films Foley has starred in include Sky High, A Bug’s Life, Toy Story 2, A Blast From the Past, South Park: Biggest and Longer, Cars, and Postal.
